We have a Phillips MatchiiiLine tv that is fairly new. On turning the tv on this morning the colour has taken on a green and pink tinge that ruins the picture. This is the same when playing a DVD. Nobody has altered any settings overnight.

On applying the split screen feature the 2nd picture is perfect.

I've tried adjusting the colour/contrast/brightness etc but this does not seem to work.

How do I get the picture back to normal.

Help please?

Your TV Set might need Degausising.

You would be as best to contact Phillips about this, or your retailer.

Details have been posted for Phillips below.

Let me know how you get on.

Have you recently moved speakers next to your TV or anything with a magnet in it . If not sounds like you will need philips help as it is probably the tube .
