Hey I run a Intel pentium dual core 2.8ghz with 320gb hard drive. I bought it off dell second hand a couple of months ago and lately I have found that it seems to be freezing quite alot, usually while connnected to the internet (i use mozilla firefox), but it still happens sometimes when im not online. It is in my garage but we have portable heaters which keep it warm in there all the time so I'm not sure why it does this. Can anyone help? cheers

yes I have Zone Alarm pro which automatically scans for viruses and spyware once a day

That may not be enough - I have ZoneAlarm and also run Spybot regularly and AVG is running, amongst other precautions.

If you haven't done so, download SpyBot and Ewido and run them - you may be surprised.

They are both free.
