I'm after a tip-top chilli con carne recipe. I know there's probably hundreds on the web but I ant something with the 'personal touch' so only post weblinks if you have used the recipe yourself and can testify it to be a) delicious and b) easy. On that last point I'm not the world's greatest chef so the recipe needs to be very prescriptive and easy to follo with full details of quantities, times etc with no scope for me to cock it up! Cheers i know you won't let me down.

Serve with boiled rice. Hope this helps.........................................Im hungry now.
Sounds good - I'd normally include a teaspoon or two each of ground cumin and coriander with the chilli powder and add half a glass of red wine and a dessert spoon of sugar towards the end too.
I add a bit of white wine vinegar along with the sugar (teaspoon or so) - as well as home grown chili peppers!
