Here, pork tenderloin covered in a rub of grounded mustard, coriander and carawy seeds and paprika. the meat to be browned off and then garlic/maple syrup and honey over, roasted at 160 for 20minutes - mash, roasted green beans, red pepper and baby carrots with it.

Nothing quite as fancy here. Noodles in chilli and chicken flavoured stock on a pile of rocket. Sauvignon Blanc to accompany.
Very similar here.
Roast topside, Yorkshire pubs, mash, carrots and broccoli.

Homemade veg soup with some toast for me. Followed by a mince pie, preceded by a glass of fizz left over from yesterday and surprisingly fizzy.
He’s just made himself a cheese and tomato sandwich and will shortly have banana and custard.
Sunday in this house is a bit of foraging, eat what you like whenever you fancy it.

mine is fairly simple, making some extra pork for sarnies tomorrow - or a salad....
Tomorrow (I do cook, sometimes) it’s m&s steak and ale pie with sprouts and crushed carrot and potato.

Choux, I have never made a successful Yorkshire pud. I buy fresh ones from Sainsburys. ;-)
