I had been waiting for Black Friday and today ordered my Cosori Airyer Fryeer 5.5 litre. Can't wait ! Any tips for a beginner ?

follow the recipe book which comes with it!
Where did you order it from? The black is now out of stock and the red has delivery of early Dec to mid January. This is Amazon.
Dave... a cook likes the tips and experiences from other cooks.
i have a red Cosori the first thing i cooked was fish fingers turned out really well ,didn't fall to bits .did a 3lb chicken the other day x
i google recipes and watch videos of how to do things x^^^^^
I use mine for "boiled" eggs (without the chore of waiting until water boils).

Just pop them in and set the fryer and go.

Experiment with time/temperature to get the level of soft/hard which you prefer.

One assumes the recipe book they supply has been compiled by "other cooks" and not by the local postman!
i found the cooking times in the recipe book very helpful but the recipes are a bit fussy for me x

Yes, for the model mentioned in the OP providing they were all happy with about 1.4 litres each.

Larger capacity fryers are available.
