Chicken Thighs

Can anyone recommend a recipe for chicken thighs? I tried them with honey and mustard sauce, but my partner hated them.Thanks.

I like to use pasta sauces as cook-in sauces. In particular, I reckon that chicken simply casseroled in Waitrose Arrabbiata sauce tastes absolutely great.

Lemon chicken, put chicken in a bowl, chop marjoram, garlic, and parsley with a good pinch of smoked paprika and salt n pepper - chuck it in the bowl too - mix in juice of a whole lemon and the zest - a good slug of olive oil - mix it together cover and leave to marinate in the fridge.
Bake and serve with salad and boiled potatoes - drizzle any lemony juices from the pan over the cooked chicken

Chicken tastes good unadorned. That stated, garlic goes well with chicken.
