Leftover condensed milk????
Get a spoon and finish the tin.
What did you use it for?
Or pour it down the sink - yuk!
You can freeze it in an airtight container for a maximum of tnree months.
Tnree .. thats Scoatish fir .. three
I'm sure you can freeze it but I also would never have leftovers - I could eat a tin with a spoon - although I'd then be sick. It's delicious.
Me too .. they were the days .. beore I developed a dairy intolerance. No problem whatsoever in opening a tin of condensed cream, adding a couple of spoons of sugar and eating the lot !
It makes for a lovely creamy cup of coffee.

How much do you have left? Enough to make some soft toffee for a banoffee pie?
If I had a tin of it in the cupboard, I’d be opening it now and spooning it straight into my mouth.
Is it too late to update my click and collect?? ;)
I love it but I'm not sure I could put sugar in it!
Open the tin then let it skin over, then you eat the skin. It's like toffee. Memories of childhood. There would be none left in our house.
Yes my mother used to give it to me on top of frozen milk - back in the days when milk froze on the doorstep in glass bottles and popped up like a tube. Also in those days the foil tops were regularly pecked to bits by blue-tits to get at the cream top.
Nice in a coffee.
I had a Scouse friend who used to make sandwiches with it! He called them Sconny Sarnies!
A bit like Baileys, you couldn't have it too often, naughty. but very nice.
Bednobs; It's so high in sugar that it's probably immortal - a bit like honey in the pyramids. You didn't mean evaporated milk, did you?

I made some macaroons. There's about 200 g left. I barely ever use it an tbh can see it staying in the fridge till it goes green or gets chucked
Dip a banana in it or slice the banana and pour it over. If I had a banana I could have banana and condensed milk, if I had some condensed milk!
Right - you've forced me into it. There's a recipe in Daily Mail's Saturday magazine for Condensed milk and Lemon Pudding. The ingredients are now on next week's shopping list.
1 tin condenssed milk
1lb castor sugar (or light brown sugar)
2oz butter
(optional at the end white chocolate - 100g bar)

Microwave 3mins (based on 900w)
Stir
Microwave 6 - 7 mins (6 for brown sugar) Stir as it boils up (boils up less if brown sugar - so stir a few times)
(Add chocolate)
Beat 2 mins
Pour into lined baking tray.

Eat!
