my grandson is almost 16 and since he was born at 26 weeks, when he got home at full term, and after a few weeks my daughter bought a wafer thin Mamas and papas pillow, along the way he loved this little hat and it's
silk label, together they became "soft cushie and taggy" these two items have travelled with him to Portugal, Spain,Dubai, New York and a whole lot more places, today he's anounced they have to go, my daughter is putting them both in the loft till this crisis is all over when we will cremate them

Aw tell your daughter not to get rid. My eldest son had a teddy he chose on his first birthday ( he's now 34). It went everywhere with us on holiday across continents and many times had to go into 'hospital' to get repaired. I kept it when he left home until he reclaimed it - now it sits in his kids room. Youngest son still has all his cuddly toys under his bed in a drawer ( he's 19). Strangely my daughters never bothered much except daughter 2 who still has all her 'my little ponies' up in her loft.

theyr'e away to her loft now, funnily enough he still has all his fluffy toys up there too, we bought him this evil looking penguin that stood about 3 ft tall, he loved it but it spooked me out seeing it's beady eyes, it felt they were folling you
