Just wanted to thank everyone for their suggestions for the above, it went down a treat, looked and tasted exceptionally delicious, and more importantly, for me, was very easy.
Bruschetta, blinis with cream cheese and fish eggs, vol au vents with Marie rose prawns in some and creamed mushrooms in others, cheese and pineapple, Brie and grapes, olives with anchovies, malt loaf, and a box of small macarons in six flavours I saw in Costco.
Our guests..turned out there were six of us.. arrived at 2.30pm and finally departed at 10.30pm.
Can’t tell you how grateful I was for all your suggestions, they were perfect!
