I am having an 'I feel fat' day. I'm not fat but I feel fat.

When I was younger, it happened every month.
Not felt like this for years.

Does this happen to you?

I felt very fat yesterday - tried on a blouse I hadn't worn for some time and it was too tight. I didn't dare wear it in case a button popped :-(
