Oven Being Moved

i am having my oven moved tomorrow but just had a sudden thought - is there some law/policy which says that there has to be tiles underneath and behind?

When we moved my cooker I found a dead mouse underneath it!

No - we haven't got tiles under ours and it was fitted by a gas safe plumber.
