i recently purchased a Farm Foods Tropical Juice drink
It was 69p but on offer at 50p. It contains 6 different fruits which amount to 10% of the contents, therefore 90% water which it almost tastes lie. Is there a minimum amount of fruit juice that can be put in one of these drinks. A complete waste of money.

I think that the word that changes everything is "drink". It is not claiming to be juice, but a drink which contains an unspecified amount of juice and mainly water.
almost - but not quite - entirely unlike fruit drink eh?
If it says 'fruit juice drink' rather than 'fruit juice' it does not need to have any real fruit juice in it at all.
Same with other 'juice drinks' . 'Orange juice' has to be Orange juice but 'Orange Juice Drink' does not need to have any actual orange juice at all.
I was a bit out, 'Orange Juice Drink' has to contain at least 1% orange juice.
But 'Orange Drink' does not need any real Orange at all. It can be just water and artificial flavor/colour.
I swerve from the 'juice drinks' because they are often overloaded with sugar.
Can only confirm what others have said. That "juice drinks" are sugar water with a little juice in them if you are lucky. I do not know if there is a legal minimum juice content. Look for bottles/cartons that boast pure juice if you wish for something with actual fruit in it. It will also have sugar, and be acidic, but hopefully better for you than sugar water.
You'd be better buying a "high juice" squash (50% fruit juice), diluting it at home with water....and you'll still be getting more actual fruit content than these carton drinks. As you've noticed, you're simply buying a made-up drink!

the farm foods fresh juice drink say of the front "No sugar addded"so what is everybody talking about.
^^^^ well, I'm not talking about sugar at all. YOU were criticising the fruit and water content....and that's what my comment was about.
I personally prefer tropical fruit juice. It tastes good and don't cost too much.
I prefer eating raw fruits.
I don't like fruit juices at all.
