Tonight we're having the above with rice, samosas, bhajees, garlic naan and peshwari naan, also lots of wine, beer and g &t as we have friends coming round. I just love this type of curry, the sweet/sour-ish/hotness and all the onions are just wonderful. And peshwari naan is my favourite naan.
All followed by Costco special offer profiteroles.
