when we moved i lost my microwave cookery book ,does anyone have the recipe for jam sponge it's mainly the cooking times i can't remember .thankyou xx

lovely thank you xx.i would love to do syrup but as we're both diabetic i have to change the recipe slightly hardly any sugar and diabetic jam .it's for a treat for mr mallyh .once again thankyou both xxx

Hiya Mallyh :-) Could you use 'Agave Syrup' instead? (natural sweetner, don't know if it would affect blood sugar or not to be honest, but tastes lovely!) x
