Mama very kindly posted a recipe for broccoli bread and one of the ingredient was Psyllium Husks. I can't find them in any shop
Can anyone suggest an alternative
Also need help sourcing coconut flour

You'd probably get the husks in a health food store

I think the husks at H&B are in capsule form
Not sure if they are what's required
They add fibre. I`d use ground wheatgerm or ground flaxseed.
