i vary - it depends on my mood. Although generally I can say I don't like lamb, but will put it in a curry. I couldn't beat pork like my mother cooked yesterday (or how she taught me to cook) but we do eat a lot of bacon or cured meat. Chicken, we eat a lot of in all forms and some days I just love a roast chicken with crispy skin. However, with beef, I like a fillet au gratin with wild mushrooms.
Beef as in mince in a lasagne and pork as in sausages....

I'm not a big meat eater =s
Roast shoulder of lamb, succulent & juicy or lamb shank. Dont eat it - more for me.

Beef-not a big fan-so mostly any thing with mince-burgers,meatballs,cottage pie
Pork-slow cooked belly pork,chops,sausages,and foreign
Lamb-stew,curry,foreign
