Reasons To Be Cheerful

1. The diet's working and trousers fit nicely this morning.

2. My ex may have been a lying cheat, but he let me have ALL of the furniture and it looks awesome in the new house.

3. Two colleagues have asked me to make cakes for a celebration in their Department.

4. The sun is shining.

5. My backlog at work has shrunk.


On the downside ... Colleague has purchased new car and wants her permit back. :-(

Today, none. I have to take some money up to school for some school trips. Take my car in for its MOT. And its my Dads anniversary :-(

Im forgetting about all other problems today, cos as you know Ummm, its my very happy unbirthday today and Im going to enjoy it. A friend is treating me to lunch in Scarborough later, then Im buying a new outfit to use for tonights meal out and a part on Saturday. My OH has bought me a brand new camera as Im a keen photographer so I cant wait to try it out. The sun is shining and I feel good :>)

daughter is 21 (same day as TOH!!)

1. I'm on annual leave this week.

2. I'm attempting to start my diet again from today. So far, so good.

3. I've done a bit of spring cleaning this morning so I'm going to relax for a bit then start again.

Thats about it for RTBC today. I went into London to the Loose Women studios yesterday with my mum and cousin. Loose Women isn't really my cup of tea but mum wanted me to go. We went to a restaurant called Giraffe on the Southbank afterwards which was nice. My mum is on a mission to get to see loads of tv shows. Shes waiting for tickets to the Jonathan Ross show which she requested a few months ago.

My little cat is coming home today after being left for dead on the side of the road when hit by a car. Will try not to think about the vets bill today.
