Strawberries (and other berries) are low gi as they are low in carbohydrates.  Even the carb-fearing Atkins diet allows berries so they're a good thing all round really!

Gawd! Whatever happened to eat a balanced diet and exercise regularly!?  Or is this a thing for diabetics or something?  Ho hum, enjoy your strawberries people!
