Try Becks non-alcholic lager.Dont even think off drinking lunchtime if your driving at 6pm.

Vinny's right - sorry.  Legally, one drink is ok.  But you know you shouldn't have any at all really.  You could drink Caliber.  Personally I'd just save my money, drink coke or lemonade and then have a big party the day after tomorrow to celebrate.  I'm sure your mates will be happy to party again!!!
Have a Red Bull or two and pretend there is vodka in it - you can't really taste it even when there is so you probably won't notice the difference!

phone in sick lol :p

According to the "powers that be" in our work, its been proven that it takes 1 hour for each unit to leave your system

You want to celebrate by drinking at midday yet you're willing to take a chance on being sober enough to drive a few hours later?  Take the advice already offered and don't do it.

If you want to celebrate by drinking don't drive just a few hours later.  Could you really live with yourself if you killed someone on your way home (even if a test showed you were legally "under the limit" at that point?)

And before anyone jumps down my throat don't bother, I have had to cope with the aftermath of too many drink-driving accidents to change my opinion on this subject.

Gazzawazza - I TOTALLY agree!!!  The hour a unit is useful advice too.  It should remind us all that if you were still p*ssed leaving the club at 2am, you are NOT sober enough to drive until after lunch the next day.  I hope redguitar took our advice and is currently settling down to a nice pint.... of lemonade or red bull to celebrate the end of exams! :-)
Take the bus to work!
oh.... i suppose its too late for my advice now...
Late and also not FAB advice.... arriving drunk to work is hardly a sensible plan.  And if redguitar works in catering, healthcare or with any sort of machinery this could be really dangerous!  I hope redguitar gets back to us to let us know the outcome! :-)

If I'm driving but want a 'couple' try mixing half a lager and a bottle of Kaliber. You can have two pints, but in reality you have only had one pint of alcohol.

DONT drink Kaliber on it's own though. It's not a pleasant experience.

Strange, too, how lunch-time drinking can be much more drowsy making and can make one feel rotten by evening.   Even if no-one else is involved in an accident think of how one would feel after a happy time if damage occurred to oneself or even the car   Another  'if only I hadn't ....' wish?  Wait 'til you see if you've passed, and maybe you can afford a taxi!
