We will no coubt stand outside ... in the drizzle ... clutching our bottle of white, watching each others' hair get frizzy, feeling damp - again! ...

Smokers of the world ... rebel !! ... there should be roofs, and patio heaters, and dry chairs.

Round here we have covered patios and heaters and dry chairs. As long as the sides are open a roof is legal.
