Fresh home made ciabatta bread and whatever is in the fridge.....
I've just had some roast chicken, ham joint, salad and bread.
We have home-made spag bol too, it is left overs from last night.

Cheesy Jacket Potatoes with rocket, beetroot and olive salad. Great Saturday favourite with me.

Same here Daffy, made it last night but had measly portions as we were home too late to eat properly. Will have pasta tonight with it - it's a good one :-)
I picked up a fillet tail so we will have beef fajitas with home made chunky guacamole and a tomato salsa.
I made a thai green chicken curry and basmati rice about an hour ago. Had to use basmati as I didn't have jasmine/fragrant rice.
bacon, scrambled eggs, potato cakes and beans. yum!
mmmm I can smell the jacket spuds in the oven - not long now.
Lamb Rogan Josh for the grown ups, Spag Bol for the little ones.
He just wants a chip butty (appetite no yet fully restored).

I had a late lunch so I will.probably just nick a couple of his chips.
I've just had cod cutlets in a spanishy tomatoey sauce with rice and a green salad. Washed down with wine.
I adore spag bol, but I won't even let the waiter bring the parmesan to the table, much less put it anywhere near my food!!! The smell reminds me of something - I will spare those who have yet to eat this evening.
Haddock with parsley sauce, plain boiled spuds and broccoli.
Rhubarb fool for dessert.
Ate it about a hour ago, enjoyed every mouthful.
cauliflower cheese and a nice bottle of a reasonable Haut Médoc Bordeaux.
Ribs as a special treat.

Mmmmmm, lots of wine, that sounds good Funny, me too! Daisy - now ribs, what kind do you recommentd? I tried a few but they all been grisly......not good at all...Spag Bol heating up as we speak late tea, newly home.
We ended up having sundried tomato bread with olive/balsamic dip and sundried tomato/olive oil dip. There are a couple of Thai fishcakes in the oven.
