Just saw an advert for The Art of Quilting (90 weeks at £3.99) and was seriously tempted (can't sew and don't have a sewing machine).

I would imagine it's quite relaxing if you belong to a quilting group (why am I waiting for Space_Cadet to pop up?)

If you are serious about taking quilting up as a hobby,go to your library and get a book and read up on quilting first. I stitch and so on and have done patchwork but I do it by hand not machine. Those part works end up costing a fortune, check out your area for a Quilters group and so on, you'll find them very helpful and keen to have a new member
