Must be hot in the kitchen though! Unless it is in the slow cokker.

I had bought it fresh at the Butchers Rowan (yesterday morning) so I thought it was best I use it today

How do you make it? I don't I've ever had lamb casserole.

ask the butcher for large diced lamb, add onions, carrots, chopped potatoes and turnip or any veg you wish, pop in SC , add meat stock and put it on auto...

Ahhhh bit like Irish stew. Except I use beef...but it's suppose to be made with mutton/lamb.

so do moroccans only eat lamb casserole when its freezing then!!

whats the issue with eating stews and stuff 'out of season' ? in hot countries they do it all year through.

yes I suppose it must be U-mmmm
I have just added a dash of Worcester sauce to it and some black pepper

and the weather is about 27 degrees...surreal !
