yes i know if i google i'll find loads of receipes but i'm bored of the usual staples

what can i make tonight, have usual stuff in larder, plus some slighty more unusual things...

and i'm not doing mince icecream with custard/jelly or mushrooms

or seasnot

or cooked tomatoes (will make me ill)

I take it chilli and bolognaise are out then?
What are the usual's first?
What type of mince is it?

Turkey, beef, pork, lamb?

Would burgers be any good?
put the mince in a blender with some onions, turmeric, garam marsala and a chopped green chilli a little salt and pepper and a little flour press the smoother mince paste into patties and fry like little burgers serve with rice, mango chutney and a salad
Meatballs? Mince and potato cheesy bake?

usuals are burgers, meatballs, cottage pie, kinda kebaby type things stuffed into a pitta

its beef mince, i can do a tomato based sauce i just have to be pretty careful if i stick to passata i generally get away with it, just minor on the dodgy scale

Stuffed cabbage leaves baked in a creamy onion sauce?

Failing that, what about yankie doodle pie?

Cook some macaroni in boiling water. Brown mince in a frying pan. Add onions and cook. Add beef stock cube, salt and pepper and some boiling water. Simmer for about 15 mins.

Make a cheese sauce.

Mix macoroni into mince and stick in baking dish. Pour over cheese sauce and add grated cheese to top. Bake for 25 ish mins at 190 deg ish.
