Can I freeze honey lemon butter cream?

Try putting it in the freezer for a couple of hrs.
If it goes stiff the answer is yes > If it is still runny the answer is no.:-)

If it is just butter blended with honey and lemon it should be fine. If it has real cream in it it may separate when defrosted.

baz, are you talking buttercream as in the icing sugar/butter recipe or something else? If it's the icing sugar/butter cake filler type cream, then yes you can freeze it!

Great answers. Will give freezing a go. The buttercream has icing sugar, honey, lemon juice nad butter in it.
