Once you have cooked them why not just leave them in the refrigerator until tomorrow or the next day ?
Yes you can refreeze them once they're cooked, but when reheating them, make sure they're piping hot, as you can only do it once safely
Why cook them today then?

Leave them in the refrigerator and take them out and cook them on the day you actually intend to eat them.

Don't think they are gonna be that tasty if you cook and freeze and unfreeze and reheat.

they have thawed allready, have to cook them today. thanks
I was told that you can not freeze things a second time after they have been frozen. The same is true for reheating things; you can not reheat things a second time. Once is enough for both of them.
Incidentally...capital letters is seen as shouting. Sausages keep for at least a week after they have been defrosted, unless they were on sell-by when purchase you can add the number of days on to the sell-by when they were frozen. Alternatively, I have successfully refrozen sausages. Although I would serve them with gravy after you re-heat them as they can dry out a bit. Good luck.
Yes - I have done this. Cook them now and refreeze what you don't want, but eat them soon.
bet you left them on the side to cool and now they have all gone or will be shortly - nice snack with a dollop of branston
