bought brie cheese at the supermarket cause it was going cheap,what can i do with it?

I'd do what Headwreck suggests,dip in beaten egg then breadcrumbs and fry. Serve with cranberry sauce and a lovely salad. One of my favourites things. You've made my mouth water :)

so do i leave the skin bit on and just cut into slices,sounds good.

Leave it until it starts to "go off".....runny.....then eat it on biscuits.

re the brie, I love it on a baguette with bacon, scrummy
Stuff it in chicken fillets and wrap them in ham!
Brie's good in a sandwich with black grapes and walnuts.
I always cut the 'skin' off it but I think you are supposed to leave it on.Sounds lovely dipped in egg and breadcrumbs and fried.
You can bake it in it's box - always looks lovely when they do it on the TV (just don't think I would like the taste!).
Brie is best when it's still nice and soft in the middle
Not the box anyway sher. :-)
