Hi all

I'm making my dad a cheese hamper for Xmas but I don't know how to store it.

I can't use mine, friends or families fridges. I was thinking of a cool box type of thing.

I know it depends on the types of cheese so this is what I'm ordering

• Blacksticks Blue
• Farmhouse Red Leicester
• Goulds Cheddar
• Ravens Oak goats Cheese
• Cornish Brie

Any help would be really appreciated.

A cool box in the garage, shed or porch will be fine.

The cool box will protect it if the temperatures really plummet.
Always look for the ones with the longest use by date.
During the War-we scrapped the mould off cheese and ate it. The cheese -that is.
If it only over night cool box will be fine
Any cool place like shed or garage will be fine for several weeks at this time of year.
