A recliner chair has broken which was bought from Harvey's and am having not a lot of joy getting anyone to repair it or even reply to emails as the phone line to customer service only tells you to try emailing as having hung on for hours is not the answer.

Any help or advice as to how to get action. The chair is only 5 months old.
Thanks

Surely it is covered by warranty?
Maybe turn up at the shop it was purchased from with the receipt and make a scene.

The shop where bought has closed so went to the nearest Harvey's and even with the broken base which they did not look at it and David that it was customer service who would deal with it and even gave me the phone to put over our problem but sat there for about half an hour and no answer only a voice saying to email.
No joy there so next step is ......... Help
