It was yonks ago...Shrek 3!

I was also told off for calling it 'The Pictures'. Apparently it shows my age, and I should call it the Cinema.

I take no notice and carry on listening to the wireless.
at the pictures? that would have to be the satruday morning pictures when i was a little'un.

If you mean the cinema then that was ages ago. it was 'Saw' in October 2004 i think.
Severance (Severence?). Where is Lucy Thomas when you need a dictionary?

I think that was Summer 2006.

I always have and always will call it the pictures. I saw Saw at the pictures too, my mate Bundy stood up at the end and did the loudest burp ever! It was hilarious!
Ratattouie (sp?) with my lad on an inset day a few weeks ago... quite amusing.
i watched Saw 4 at Butlins on holiday a couple of weeks agao, we were the only ones in the cinema it was great! Shame about the crap film though!
Mine was the Incredibles. I've stopped going since there is a bloke that comes in the pub with DVD's for 2 quid a pop.

Spiderman 3, load of tosh
Anyone seen American Gangster? My hubbys dying to see it just wondering if it's worth going to see?
Me too, red.

I used to watch all the 'video nasties' when I was younger. I also used to subscribe to the 'True Detective' magazines which were filled with gruesome true stories. Actually my mother was quite worried...lol.

Since becoming a mother I can no longer stomach it.
Stardust a month ago :)
Ranch of the Nympho Girls

Sorry meant to say Mr Woodcock

I saw American Gangster at a preview screening a few days before it came out. I anjoyed it and found it a really interesting story but the action was pretty mediocre and the shots of people shooting up would probably have been more hard hitting and edgy to somebody else. I would definately go and see it though, it's an amazing true story.
Last one I saw was 'Hot Fuzz' ages ago...

Quite fancy one I saw advertised on tv last night - but can't remember what it was called ....it was a fantasy thing.
OK thanks alot I might venture to the cinema this weekend!
glad it wasnt just me pippa. I couldnt understand why
My mate gets decent copies so I had American gangster and death at a funeral before they were released.

I don't know his name or where he lives officer
Last film i went to see was Bourne Ultimatum and it was very good.
I dunno, red. I think we must get a bit more sensitive when we pro-create!

I used to be able to watch every kind of atrocity before kids. I can't watch any holocaust movies either ~ and 'Escape From Sobibor' used to be my favourite. It still is, I just cannot watch it :o(
