anyone else doing most of their Christmas shopping online?...or are you all trudging around the shops? I hate Christmas and hate shopping at any time. ( an unusual trait considering I'm a girlie, so I'm told) so this year I'm considering an online shop - both for food and pressies....do you think it will work? or will I still have to run the gauntlet of mad shoppers? Roll on January x

Im trying to get all online but keep seeing little bits and peices in the shops so i end up spending more than i normally would.
I loathe shopping at the best of times but especially Christmas (usually 'cos I leave it too late). I was considering online too but wondered how much extra it would cost for postage and would it be worth it so I would be interested to know too.
Ah yes Christmas, that time when Jesus was born. NOT.

I hate Xmas with a passion, why do you need one day a year to be nice to people? Do it all year round.

The few presents I have had to buy were bought off Ebay 2 months ago lol

Goodness Rev! - there's organised for you!
I'm with there chicklin, although I have a great solution. I get my mum to get my sister present, my sister to get the rest of the fambo present and give her the cash when their done.

i've done most of my shopping on the net this year, it does work and is easier if you've got the time to search for things properly to get the best bargains, sites such as play.com & hmv have free delivery at the minute, you can also order & get delivery from argos for a fiver, no matter how much you spend also wilkos do free delivery for over 50. Grogery shopping can be worthwhile but beware that all supermarkets will be putting up their delivery costs at xmas (according to the mirror paper!), i think even if you do it all online you'll still have to venture into your local supermarket at some point during the year.
it depends what youre buying and where from warpig.
CDs, DVDs and stuff can be got online with free postage.
Smellies and some gifts can be got from Boots again often with free postage and boots points. They also have extra points deals online only.
I had to get 4gets pressie from ebay so postage had to be paid but then it was only place i could get it.

4get, you know exactly what youve got!
I've done all mine on line this year, even if you do have to pay postage on some it saves all the hassle of trying to find a parking space and wandering from shop to shop only to find they haven't got what you want. Much easier!

I do most of mine online. However I went shopping yesterday and found some nice tops in my usual style. I grabbed a couple of size 16s (my usual size) and tried them on.

A lady looked at me and said the top was too big. So I tried on a 12-14 and it fit like a dream! I left the store smiling, so will go to the High Street more often now :o)

I do like shopping on Christmas Eve. Mental I know, but it is a long standing tradition and you always find bargains.
But I live in London.

How about a sexual favour instead?
