It's the NI version of Ring and Ride.

Hi to you all who answered my question. I'm in Belfast but door2door covers all of Ni. It's a new service for the elderly or disabled, Heres what it says: Door-2-Door can take you to your work,your local shop, your town center, hairdresser, bank or doctor or even just to visit friends. Maybe as you say it's called something else in England. Here in NI we have some different services than you guys in the rest of the UK, thats why I asked if anyone in NI had used it.
