hi,im a 46 year old female,for the past couple of days i have started to feel very light headed and dizzy,i dont feel ill so what could be the problem,is it my age,im otherwise quite a fit person,i hate to bother my doctor in case its nothing,thanks.

It could be the start of the menopause,a blood test at the doctors can confirm this. Blood pressure, either high or low. When you say the last couple of days I havent felt a 100% since the clocks went back.
I agree it could be your bp. or you may just be dehydrated.
I felt like this about a year ago. I'm 40 by the way and thought it may be a pre menopause thing, but I was just really dehydrated. We don't realise how much water we need. I have since been drinking at least 2 litres of water a day more if exercising or had a few glasses of wine and I have felt fine. I do notice though that if I don't drink very much water on one day I start to feel light headed and dizzy quite quickly so try and drink more water. Have also cut back a lot on the tea and coffee.
