alas I have had something of a crisis and the most up to date Birthday Book seems to have disappeared from my files..I am currently operating from a rather out of date version I recovered from the depths of Microsoft word.. please will you advise of your date if you wish to be included..apologies..have no idea how this has happened.. I will just have to blame the cat for walking over the keyboard !
