I got discharged from Gynaecology today.

All results clear.

2 clinics discharged from this year...now how does one discharge from the a Diabetes Clinic (hurry up science find a cure)

Queen that's brilliant news but coincides with me taking mrs Tony to our local diabetic clinic at our local hospital today. How are your blood sugars? Do you know the reading?

Hi TonyV - Awwww I hope she got on ok today. My current reading is 5.6 my HbA1c is 68%. Things have changed recently and are falling nicely into place.

I’m discharged from Gynaecology now and I was discharged from Retinopathy clinic earlier this year. Sadly I’ll always be at the Diabetes one.

Yes Queen you will always be diabetic as will Jen, but consultant we saw was good, but know she needs to take blood sugars 4 times a day for a couple of weeks to see if there are any patterns before changing any meds
