Hi,

I have been off the depo injection for about 15 months now, I have polycystic ovaries too (helpful!) and I am still not pregnant - has anyone got any tips and any useful advice on speeding up the process? :-)

Thanks

The problem might not be coming from you but from your partner so maybe a checkup for sperm count could be a good idea.
Some people try too hard so just relax and enjoy it while you can!!

Thanks Coccinelle - you may be right... I will wait a while longer before scaring my partner into thinking he has a low sperm count lol!
How old are you ?

We have a medical expert on here - Calling Sqad... calling Sqad. He just loves the subject of conception, pregnancy and childbirth.

(He particularly likes participating in the conception part).

In fact he's been on about it all morning. :-)
Following a PCOS diet can be very helpful also doing castor oil therapy helps heal the scar tissue around the ovaries caused by the ruptiring folliculi.
