I never see my grandaughter who is almost 1 year old because both her parents do not see eye to eye with each other and i was wondering how i could still maintain access with my grandaughter.

you will have to make an arrangement with the custodial parent (your son? your daughter?) as there is no such thing as grandparents rights
Hi Dezymc,
I believe that you could apply for a contact order via a solicitor. It is the childs right to see their Paternal family members, including Grandparents.

Good Luck!
Would confirm that there are no such things as Grandparent's rights.

However, you can take the matter to the courts, but this usually happens if there are welfare issues concerning the child and is a long and complicated process.
