17 weeks today and cant wait until November already. out of breath and getting further away from my desk every day haha
lol awwww bless!!

I'm 35 weeks this Saturday! Not long to go now!!! oooh very exciting!

I also finish work next Friday to start my maternity leave (took two weeks holiday from this date so smp wont kick in until then - i advise you women to do that too!).

I feel ok at the moment, but throughout my pregnancy tiredness has probably played the most part much to my frustration.

I also have developed the dreaded strech marks!!!!! But to be fair they're very little and only at the top of my bum cheeks!! so not visible to anyone unless i'm naked (boyfriend says they're nothing :o))!

Hope your baby come son 17th November spanner! My Birthday! :o) Scorpio's are fantastic so i'm sure your baby will be adorable ;o)
im 13 weeks + and feeling really well. apart from backache im good. bit disappointed cos not getting my first scan until 25th june so ill be 16 weeks then and at the minute the whole baby thing doesnt seem real yet!

but not to worry im sure its just hormones ha ha
Hi. I'm 35+5 (due 6 July). Feeling very heavy now. Trying to go for a walk every day but weight of baby bearing down is v comfortable; I start off walking like a normal person but after 10mins I'm waddling like a duck and taking really small steps (perhaps I think he's gonna fall out!).
Have finished work and trying to keep busy so I don't get too bored. Nursery is assembled & disinfected, baby clothes washed, hospital bag nearly packed and pram is folded neatly in corner of lounge. I'm going to spend next week cooking meals and freezing them (uncharacteristically organised for me!)

I look like an egg on matchsticks but have so far managed to avoid stretch-marks (god knows how cos I have them on thighs just from growing as a teenager).

Hope everyone is good, nat_84 I thought you had dissapeared you haven't posted for ages.
Im 37 weeks (19th June) Im actually feeling fine in my self other than tired a lot but thats to be expected....that lovely man of mine as decided to choose this moment in time to say he wants nothing to do with us, but hey life goes on...time to find a new birthing partner i think...

So glad everyone is doing well, I know we all grumble about being tired and backache and everything, but what we get at the end of it is SOOOOO worth it eh? Good luck to you all xx
i'm due on 14th Nat so you never know. I'd name it after you but my daughter is already called Nat. lovely name.
It's really nice and comforting reading you other ladies stories.

Nice to see everyone seems to be coping!

shaylee - dont worry about the late appointment, i didnt have my first scan until about the same time as you and everything was fine. Although i do understand you're worry as you just want to see the baby growing inside you, although it sounds silly but it's to CONFIRM you defo are preggers as it's hard to believe otherwise!

pixie_woo - yeah i;m great thanks. Been quiet because i'm in the process of "handing over" my job - so have to be subtle as to when i come online!lol. Also been busy flat hunting and all the rest of it! I havent developed the imfamous "waddle" just yet...!! Glad everything's goign wlel for you lovely - seem very organised!!

yummymum - not long to go now!!! U must be v.excited - as for that "lovely man" of yours... sounds like he'd only be a waste of space if he was to be at the birth and sounds as though you'd be much better off without him!

bonbon - you're right, all this will be worth the little bundle of joy we'll recieve at the end of this long journey. Me and me fella were saying how amazing it will be just to have this child call US (!!!!) "mummy" and "daddy"!!

spanner - great choice of name! ;o) Any idea what your next will be called?
Nat

I am 99% sure it's a boy but im not going to ask as I already have one of each. I like Max for a boy and Evie for a girl. wriggling around like a break dancer already though so maybe a footballer in practice!
lol spanner. I love both those names! Max in particular is lovely!!

I find girls' names really tricky :o(
Hi, I am now 11+5 weeks and feeling really g lad themorning sickness has stopped and the tiredness seems to be easing. I had a scan at 6 weeks is was suspected ectopic (everything was fine) but it means I wont have another scan now till 12 weeks. I am feeling like I am missing out a little on seeing an actual baby in for the first time at a 12 week scan (scan at 6 weeks showed nothing much but a heartbeat) but when I moaned to my mum she told me to pull myself together as she never has a scan in her life. Fair enough I suppose!

Looking forward to getting very fat and then having a Christmas Eve baby (Santa and Rudolph are top of my husbands list of names!)
