Should this habitual criminal been let off so lightly because he has a obsession with cleanliness?

I wonder if he swept up the broken glass after he had smashed his way into this elderly couples home?

Instead of letting him escape a jail sentence, he should have been sent to jail and made to slop the cells out and generally clean up, for the length of his sentence.

Welcome back Old Git.
well I have an obsession with liberty so can I commit any crime and stay out of clink! You couldn't make it up! I'd have thought this was a very goof reason to send the savage to jail, if he fear it som much he won;t want to go back will he?
He should have been given a sentence scrubbing the floors with a toothbrush!

Thank you sallabananas

My absence wasn't voluntary, my avatar disappeared and I could not answer or set a question until I signed in, and that was the problem I couldn't sign in.

I sent the ED and the Tech guys numerous emails to ask if their was a problem or indeed if I had been banned for some reason, but got no replies.

Came on this morning and everything is back to normal. Has anyone else had this problem?
Yes I have AOG, it's know as "suspension", you where shown as suspended yesterday.

We all might be safer inside prison, if they are letting criminals walk free with such a poor excuse for not going to jail.
AOG, avoiding personal attacks and sticking to the rules would be a starting point when wishing to avoid suspension. Try and offer respect to others and you might get some in return. More importantly you won't be suspended if you avoid abusing others.

We do not communicate with banned and suspend users: http://www.theanswerb.../Question1017150.html
pleased to see you back where you belong OG :-)
AOG - Re your question . . .
///Oh so a person can be suspended without being told for what that person has been suspended for?///

We DO NOT tell everyone why they are banned, suspended etc, it is not a constructive use of our time.

Thanks Sir.Prize.
No, to jail he should go, otherwise everybody will be using that excuse. You commit a crime you should be punished, no exceptions.

This is a class X felony(home invasion) minimum six years to a maximum of 30 with no probation. Its just short of first degree murder. These are all class X felonies:
Aggravated kidnapping.
Aggravated battery with a firearm.
Aggravated battery of a child.
Home invasion.
Aggravated criminal sexual assault.
Predatory criminal sexual assault of a child (over 17 years of age and victim under 13 years old).
Armed robbery.
Aggravated vehicular hijacking.
Aggravated arson.
Possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (such as 15-100 grams or possession with intent to deliver within 1,000 feet of a public park, church, school, or public housing).

They would have tossed him under the jail.
