If a child born 6 years ago, had the �250 child trust fund money from the Government and the parents had invested �15 per month, what would it be worth now??

Surely that would depend on where they invested it?
Does it really matter as it can't be cashed in and a lot can change over the next 12 years. As a rough guide �180 x 6 years= �1080, Adding on the initial �250 makes it �1330. Adding on interest of 5%pa on the average balance brings the total close to �1500

Thank you, we wanted to know to start one retrospectively for the one child that was born just before the scheme started.
Now we know we can do something about it.
