Not tried that but have you tried tea tree shampoo? It's a tad more expensive than ordinary shampoo but should do the trick. In the past I've used it on my kids after combing them out first with a Derbac comb and they are bug free at the moment!
quite right Philtaz. You also need to go and see the mother/father of the child which repeatedly keeps reinfecting the class, because they're too damn ignorant to accept they're child has lice!!!!!!
Absolutely, norfolk boy. My niece's nits get sorted with tea tree conditioner and lots of fine-tooth combing. However she catches them very easily - on one occasion, she picked them up after being back at school for just one day. My sister knows the parents of the child who keeps passing them on, and they have a really bad attitude, they don't see it as a problem and don't see why they should do anything about it. Really selfish.
wen i had nits wne i was younger my mum used 2 wet my hair and then put a load of conditioner in it and run the nit comb through it, it takes a while but leaves your hair nitless and really silky!
I found combing lots and lots and picking as many as you can out and killing them the best way.Part the hair and make sure you go around the full head behind ears and neck are hot spots for lice. It has to be done daily and then on a regular basis after there free from them. I tried all the shampoo's conditioner and tea tree but i never really found them any different to just picking the out.
All you need is a good nit comb and a bottle of conditioner. Shampoo hair then rinse, then apply conditioner and comb your hair thoroughly. All the products you have on the market to get rid of nits are just hopeless as the nits get immune to the products.
