Wonderful Day

Had an absolutely brilliant day today. Grand-dad G needed some muscle to get our spare bedroom back together following decoration

14 members of the family turned up

Daughter and son-in-law; 3 grandsons (the muscle) their partners; 1 granddaughter and her partner (more muscle) and 4 great grandsons (including twins) the house really shook it was wonderful. We can always rely on them

It is a wonderful feeling gness I know how lucky I am excelsior - hope that I don't come over too smug - it hasn't always been easy but they all seem to be settling down now and making us so proud x

In my family we may not see each other all the time, but we all club together when needed. This has given me a great idea, granny. I'm gonna get everyone together to redo my nans spare room, she deserves it. I reckon if I call 20 people I'll get at least 12 involved.

A good idea always you'll love it - we provided sandwiches; pork pies and crisps and drinks. I got to spoil the gg children lots of kisses and hugs; gossiped with the girls who then washed up - the day flew by
