If you dig out your running shoes, you can go for a run with her. She's doing a 10k this month.

She did a training run on Tuesday, and ran 6 miles in 67 minutes. That's 11 minutes per mile, which is a good "run along with her" pace.

You could "accidentally" find yourself next to her, and run along with her, Welshy.

See ... don't say I'm never helpful ! ...

Unfortunately JJ the only jogging i'm into at themoment is the horizontal type!! My knees and back do not allow me to run anymore. From an extremely fit young man playing various sports (footie, rugby, hockey cricket and basketball all at club level) to a knackered old - well nearly 56 - bu99er who can't run 100 meters!!!

i am pondering whether chasing susanna in a game of kiss chase would be more fun than her running towards me on the beach in a bikini with her arms stretched out towards me.

i need to think about it a bit more.

Was thinking exactly the same as your OP jj!

Shame her dress didn't have a low 'v' neck and her hemline wasn't about a foot higher but at least her womanly charms are evident.

Red definitely suits her.
