I have decided to stop smoking and am wearing patches to help me...

but how can I remove the traces of yesterday's patch ? soapy water does not help ( I was told it did ).....I shall soon resemble an envelope from which the stamps have been removed but can still be seen.....

Try baby oil
nail varnish remover, good luck with the no smoking.
I use showergel either on one of those bath-scrunchie things or on a flannel... you have to scrub it a bit though!

thank you bushbaby, anneasquith and karenmac60.....I did try nail varnish remover, shower gel but it did really need scrubbing and my skin was all red and sore....since I must change the patches regularly I'll try baby oil.....in great hope.....my daughter tells me she read once that it was possible to buy some wipes at the chemist but they were quite expensive.....dear girl, if you read this....gues what would be welcome at Xmas ....and yes, I AM GIVING UP...and to make very sure, I put a fiver in a shoe box every morning...
