I have an Experian credit score of 800 which I understand to be fair, I asking whether I am likely to be able to get a loan from either my bank or another organisation? What sort of APR should I try to apply for, being realistic, in this financial climate I know I can't apply for the best rates. The loan is for a new car that I need for my job and that rates from the dealers seem high.

Banks and other lending institutions can amend their criteria for lending on a daily basis. They mark you answers and total up your score. If they really wish to lend they will have a lower requirement for the total score than on days when they have little to lend.
As for APR - shop around before you apply and choose the lowest. When you apply you will have little influence on the APR.
