Any knowledge when purchasing detached property/land you own from the 'depth of the earth to the top of the sky' .....something like that?

That applies to all freehold land but of course is not strictly true - you'd be able to charge planes and satellites for passing overhead and own the mineral rights to whatever is underneath.

It is not restricted to detached properties.
