HELP! Mortgage not being paid house cleared/changed locks

My husband and i separated in May 2007 I left and live in a rented property with our two kids. He continued to pay the mortgage on the martial home and has lived there. I have found out that he has started to move furniture to his girlfriends house. I have also found out that he has changed the locks and not paid the mortgage. HELP??
What can I do?? I am already paying to run one house with two kids and he has decided to now not pay maintenance. I cannot move back in as his mother lives next door and has threatened that she was "going to have me one day"??? Don;t know what to do ???

Yes my name on mortgage I know I am jointly responsible but I also have responsibility to put a roof over kids heads ?? Have called mortgage company they say get legal advice which am going to have to do i think?

Had decri nisi and making application to court this week to force sale of house.
