This is now the mantra of any government minister appearing in the media, in support of Brexit.

If senior management within a company ignored such a threat to their business, they would quite rightly be got rid of due to their gross incompetence – but that is what we’ve got with this incompetent Tory government.

There was a vote.we lost. It was a vote to leave not leave on a trial basis
alleluia!
We've made our bed and now we must lie in it.
I think it was a mistake to leave. Time will tell.
Why are you suggesting that Brexit is a threat to Tory "business" ? It isn't. The threat to the Tories is not bothering to capitalise on the new found freedom and making a hash by trying to please international pressure groups rather than getting on with the aims the public voted them in to do. A whole lot less woke, WEF, WHO, ECHR, Net Zero, etc. and a whole lot more border control, stern line with EU awkwardness, trade deals, etc. would go a long way to making the present government adequate, and scraping a win in the next GE.

As it is it seems they are hoping to get Labour leading a hung parliament, presumably thereby limiting it's ability to wreck much more while spending a term confirming how much worse they'd have been given a genuine majority. A dangerous strategy.

For some companies the percentage revenue lost to Great Britain Plc as a direct result of Brexit could be the difference between survival and calling in the administrators.
For those in charge of Great Britain to ignore this, and not do all in their power to remedy the situation is gross misconduct on their part.

Of course Great Britain Plc won’t go bust, but it is us poor plebs that are one ones to suffer.
...praise the lord!
the vote has been made, a pretty stupid outcome but it's the will of the people. It's worked to a point, we've stopped migrants, those that want to work anyway, and we have are sovereignty to make a pills of everything.

I wonder how long it will be before, after pointing out to government ministers what an absolute disaster Brexit is for the UK – they invoke TTT’s refrain ‘Allelujah, praise the Lord’.

In one of his youtube videos, my mate Phil pointed out that the Tories would do anything to hold on to/get into power – so in the fullness of time, the Tories might become the Anti-Brexit party.
//...so in the fullness of time, the Tories might become the Anti-Brexit party.//

You can but hope. But that would cast you onto the horns of a dilemma. Since the Labour Party shows no signs of becoming an Anti-Brexit party you would have to cast your vote for the Conservatives - something which, going by your ramblings, you would do rather less willingly that sticking pins in your eyes.

As I have posted many times on this site, I’m not a Labour supporter, some people on here think I am anti-Tory, but I am not – I am anti-corrupt, incompetent, and dishonest governments.

The reason I am against the current Tory government is that they are a corrupt, incompetent, and dishonest government.
Should a future Labour government prove to be similarly corrupt, incompetent, and dishonest they will face my ire on this site.
//The reason I am against the current Tory government is that they are a corrupt, incompetent, and dishonest government.//

But apart from that, what's wrong with them? :-)

Occasionally, something they do (or don’t do) does not fit in one of those three categories – and more correctly would fall under them being useless.
Hymie...in that case dont ever vote again, because the government always get in.
Question Author
No, I’m just not going to vote for a corrupt, incompetent, dishonest and useless government – and I recommend you do the same.
Ahh but..you never know before, until after, whats least expected most.
Is Hymie lobbying to ensure the voters vote to remain?

Are we in a time warp?

I only ask as some Remainers, of which I was one, accepted the democratic result of the majority that could be arsed to vote.

Hymie, mate,
2016 was thataway and the result ain’t changing. Give it up before you have a thrombie - you’re making yourself look daft.
