Tesco On-Line Grocery Purchases, A Glitch.

Trying to buy groceries from Tesco. The site asks me to open my bank app and get approval for the purchase. When I do that and come back to the Tesco site there's a tab to click on which reads something like: I have bank approval. When I click on it the glitch appears.
Get bank approval reappears.
Is there a phone number I could use to talk about this?

Are you sure that your bank has up to date contact info for you (including, for example, your mobile phone number)?

Otherwise start by phoning your bank, to confirm that the payment hasn't been declined. If they say that it should have gone through OK, try calling 0800 323 4040 to see if someone on the Tesco home shopping helpline can assist you.
Is that on your phone sandy, if it is could you try on your laptop or desktop. I use my laptop and dont have any problems, checking with your bank screen comes up then transaction goes through automatically.
