What Can I Do?

Basically my manager has declined a day off I want to watch a game that starts at 2.15 and normally I finish at 4 I've had last few Saturday accepted or later kicks off earlier finishes. What can I do?

Very little I would think, accept the decision.

Resign.
Renegotiate your contract of employment.
Decide whether having a job is more important than not.

Perhaps your Employer (note that word - you know the one that gave you the job and pays you) is getting fed up of employees messing them about.

I don't mind it there just don't know weather to look for a new job

If you want to keep your job go to work, if not leave and let someone else have a job and income.
